Heaven's Portal
by Terese Holloway

The wind, like a whisper, rode in upon the breeze;
With anointing from the heavens and healing in it's wings.
You see, the Father merely breathed and I was covered in His breath,
Instantly, I was changed, and taken to NEW depths.
I was escorted in the Spirit to lay before His throne;
Where angels cried out "Holy," and everything was known.
I felt the hand of God, lift my lowly chin;
I could not see His face, but I KNEW that it was Him.
His voice like the thunder, pierced through space and time;
The words He spoke were awesome, it's as if they were alive!
A solitary teardrop appeared upon my cheek;
I couldn't make a sound, as I knelt there at His feet.
In that single moment, I knew what true love meant,
As He took ALL I had to offer, and filled me up with HIM!
It was almost like a liquid love, that filled my very being;
I stood amazed in Glory, at all that I was seeing.
Never in my life, have I felt so completely clean;
As when I stood alone ~ in the presence of the King.
The wind again blew softly and I opened up my eyes;
My heart began to dance, beneath the star filled sky.
His breath of sweet anointing, covered me in peace;
As He opened Heaven's Portal, and let me bow before His feet.
