Fashion Me
With Purpose
by
Terese Holloway
Am, I, my own worst
enemy ~ do I falter on
life's way;
Have I missed my Kingdom
Purpose, like a lamb
that's gone astray?
Do I find myself outside
the fence where darkness
rules the night;
In the midst of worldly
shadows, in that place
of compromise?
If I could only see
myself through the eyes
of grace and love;
Then instead of always
looking down ~ I'd be
looking UP!
Oh Lord, give me
prophetic vision so I
can clearly see;
My purpose in Your
Kingdom and all You have
for me.
Remove me from the
shadows and all that
overwhelms;
And thrust me into a
journey, where the Holy
Spirit dwells.
Lord, give me ears to
hear You and eyes to see
Your plan;
May I listen with my
heart and guided by Your
hand.
Draw me by Your Spirit
that I might yield my
all to You;
Father, Fashion Me With
Purpose, to live my life
within Your truth!
