Of
Heaven's Truth by Terese Holloway
Faith cannot be analyzed, for it comes from deep inside;
Beyond the realm of intellect, and the depth of one's own mind.
It's that which strums your heart strings, and causes it to move;
Not by what is seen ~ instead, WHAT stands up in truth!
For God has put within us, the ability to love;
And every day He gives us, so many reasons to look UP!
He plants within our soul, a longing to know Him;
Then He draws us by His Spirit, and He woos us to the end!
Oh, how very simple ~ if a man could only SEE
The depth of hope in Jesus and His love that sets men free.
You see, only when the heart is stirred, can faith become the key;
When the mind succumbs it's "know-it-all", and yields on bended knee.
So, if you know not God today, and aren't sure what you believe;
Don't try to figure with your mind, instead, by FAITH, receive.
For it's in that tender moment, when you let His Spirit move;
You'll find His arms around you, and the depths of new found truth.
For the mind could never comprehend, how the Spirit gently moves
Nor how a heart, by faith, could know, how much, your God loves YOU!
