Light A Candle In
The Distance
So I'll be sure and
know;
The way to heaven's
shoreline
When it comes, MY
time, to go.
For, you've now
walked the road
before me
On life's journey to
the throne;
You have reached the
highest summit
And you have finally
made it home.
You have entered
into Glory
Where
angelic creatures
sing;
Where life has NEW
BEGINNING
And death has lost
it's sting.
You have witnessed
awesome splendor
That far surpassed
what you believed;
It burst the
boundaries of ALL
limits
Of what your mortal
eyes could see.
Yes, you've now
entered into Glory
Into the presence of
the Lord;
You are Living Life
In Jesus
Where you'll abide
forevermore.
So, Light A Candle
In The Distance ~
Through the twinkle
in a star;
And I'll look, UP,
to heaven's
shoreline,
And be reminded
WHERE you are!
